1. Giriş

Bu gizlilik politikası, Mikrosel Bilişim Teknolojileri Danışmanlık ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Şirket", "biz") tarafından geliştirilen ve kurumsal üretim/depo süreçlerinde kullanılan SmartFOL mobil uygulamasında ("Uygulama") kişisel verilerin nasıl işlendiğini açıklar.

SmartFOL, üretim yürütme (MES) süreçlerinde çalışanların iş adımlarını yönetmesi için tasarlanmış kurumsal bir uygulamadır ve yalnızca yetkili personelin kullanımına açıktır. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikada açıklanan uygulamaları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

Kişisel verileriniz, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve ilgili mevzuata uygun olarak işlenir.

2. Topladığımız Veriler

Uygulama, yalnızca iş süreçlerinin yürütülmesi için gerekli verileri toplar:

2.1. Kimlik ve hesap bilgileri

• Kurumsal kullanıcı adı / Active Directory (AD) hesap bilgisi
• Personel numarası ve yetkilendirme bilgileri
• Akıllı kart (smart card) kimliği ve NFC ile okunan kart verileri

2.2. Cihaz ve teknik bilgiler

• Cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü ve uygulama sürümü
• Cihaz tanımlayıcısı (oturum ve güvenlik amacıyla)
• Hata/çökme kayıtları ve teknik günlük (log) verileri

2.3. Operasyonel veriler

• Üretim, vardiya, ekipman ve iş adımlarına ilişkin kayıtlar
• Uygulama içinde gerçekleştirilen işlem ve zaman damgaları

3. Cihaz İzinleri

Uygulama, işlevlerini yerine getirebilmek için aşağıdaki izinleri talep edebilir:

İzinler yalnızca ilgili işlev kullanıldığında devreye girer ve cihaz ayarlarınızdan yönetilebilir.

4. Verilerin İşlenme Amacı

• Kullanıcı kimlik doğrulaması ve yetkilendirme
• Üretim ve depo süreçlerinin yürütülmesi ve izlenmesi
• Uygulama güvenliğinin sağlanması ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi
• Hata ayıklama, performans iyileştirme ve teknik destek
• Yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi

5. Veri Saklama ve Güvenlik

Verileriniz, Şirket veya müşterisi tarafından yönetilen kurumsal sunucularda saklanır. Verilere yalnızca yetkili personel erişebilir.

• Sunucu ile uygulama arasındaki iletişim şifreli kanallar üzerinden gerçekleştirilir.
• Yapılandırma ve kimlik bilgileri güvenli şekilde saklanır.
• Erişim, rol bazlı yetkilendirme ile sınırlandırılır.

Kişisel veriler, işleme amacının gerektirdiği süre ve ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen saklama süreleri boyunca tutulur; süre sonunda silinir veya anonim hale getirilir.

6. Verilerin Paylaşımı

Kişisel verileriniz üçüncü taraflara satılmaz veya pazarlama amacıyla paylaşılmaz. Veriler yalnızca aşağıdaki durumlarda paylaşılabilir:

• Yasal bir yükümlülük veya resmi makam talebi bulunması halinde
• Kurumsal altyapı hizmeti sağlayan ve gizlilik yükümlülüğü altındaki tedarikçilerle (yalnızca gerekli ölçüde)

7. Haklarınız (KVKK)

KVKK kapsamında; kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme ve kanunda belirtilen diğer haklara sahipsiniz. Taleplerinizi aşağıdaki iletişim kanalından iletebilirsiniz.

8. Çocukların Gizliliği

SmartFOL, kurumsal kullanıma yönelik bir uygulamadır ve 18 yaşından küçük kullanıcılara yönelik değildir; bu gruptan bilerek veri toplamaz.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu gizlilik politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler bu sayfada yayınlanır ve "Son güncelleme" tarihi yenilenir.

1. Introduction

This privacy policy explains how personal data is processed within the SmartFOL mobile application ("the App"), developed by Mikrosel Bilişim Teknolojileri Danışmanlık ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("the Company", "we") and used in corporate production and warehouse operations.

SmartFOL is a corporate application designed to help employees manage work steps within manufacturing execution (MES) processes and is available only to authorized personnel. By using the App, you accept the practices described in this policy.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and applicable regulations.

2. Data We Collect

The App collects only the data necessary to carry out business processes:

2.1. Identity and account information

• Corporate username / Active Directory (AD) account information
• Personnel number and authorization details
• Smart card identifier and card data read via NFC

2.2. Device and technical information

• Device model, operating system version and app version
• Device identifier (for session and security purposes)
• Error/crash reports and technical log data

2.3. Operational data

• Records related to production, shifts, equipment and work steps
• Transactions performed within the App and their timestamps

3. Device Permissions

The App may request the following permissions to perform its functions:

Permissions are triggered only when the related function is used and can be managed from your device settings.

4. Purpose of Processing

• User authentication and authorization
• Execution and monitoring of production and warehouse processes
• Ensuring application security and preventing misuse
• Debugging, performance improvement and technical support
• Fulfilling legal obligations

5. Data Retention and Security

Your data is stored on corporate servers managed by the Company or its client. Only authorized personnel can access the data.

• Communication between the server and the App is carried out over encrypted channels.
• Configuration and credential information is stored securely.
• Access is restricted through role-based authorization.

Personal data is retained for as long as required by the processing purpose and by the retention periods stipulated in applicable legislation; it is deleted or anonymized thereafter.

6. Data Sharing

Your personal data is not sold to third parties or shared for marketing purposes. Data may only be shared in the following cases:

• Where there is a legal obligation or a request from an official authority
• With suppliers providing corporate infrastructure services who are bound by confidentiality obligations (only to the extent necessary)

7. Your Rights (KVKK)

Under the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information, request correction or deletion, and exercise other rights set out in the law. You may submit your requests through the contact channel below.

8. Children's Privacy

SmartFOL is intended for corporate use and is not directed at users under 18; it does not knowingly collect data from this group.

9. Changes

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date will be revised.
